Artifacts

Good Evening All,


     I was wondering what Artifacts are available on UOT, when I was playing EA/OSI we only had AOS Artifacts for example Hat of Magi, Orny, Staff of the Magi, Inquis Gloves etc. Also I was reading and see on EA/OSI you can now craft some, can you craft Artifacts here or no? 

Second, where is the best place to farm Necro Scrolls.

Third, where is the best farming spot for Artifacts and Power Scrolls.

Artifacts: sets locations

Spellcraft: uoworlds-traditions.proboards.com/thread/622/spellcrafting

Necro spells: On undeads and deamons + boss corpses

For the PS you need to collect medallions from insurgent bodies. Event every 6hours. you can trade medallions to the Brit King's Hand against 120 PS and other good stuff.
