If you succeed it will be temporary because Be'lakor has the power to return five days after death to a random 'evil' location in the 'Prime Material Plane' on Tartarus.
Be'lakor possesses a magical sword with unknown abilities and can carry other items of antiquity. He may even leave behind a shrinkable Demonic packhorse that will bond with you and can be ridden. Beware: If he drops his magical sword it can be useful to you but he will reclaim it when he returns.
There is no Cool Down but slaying Be'lakor will send him to Hell for five days.
