Just a quick ? about these.. Is there any way to get them other than town invasion or Challenge Tower?
Just wondering if I'm overlooking a source..

Good question, I was wondering this too.
How is the challenge tower by the way? Difficulty rating from 1-10?

Medallions of Courage fall mainly on the Insurgents that can arise somewhere every 6 hours.
The 'Challenge Tower' has six levels which get harder as you climb. I am not sure anyone has conquered the top level yet. If so maybe only a few.
