Crafter Powerscrolls

Are the drop rate for power scrolls in the crafter GM quests all the same? If so, what is it?
I only ask because if i ever successfully hand in for Tailoring, Inscription & Tinkering (Only ones I've done so far) I've had 100% power scroll reward, but for Alchemy I've handed it in several times and not received one. I took a guess this is because you can't roll potions exceptional... But does it work out to be the same drop chance overall?

Feels like it's lower but could just be my luck.

Sorry . . *my bad* . .

At one time all of the craft Power Scrolls were a 45% chance. I changed them to be 100% if you successfully made what was required . . but somehow I missed making that change on the Alchemy quest so it stayed at 45%.

I have fixed that but the correction will not go in until the next Server reboot.
