Good Morning!

Been playing around with gear optimization using spellcrafting, and I noticed that my HP doesn't seem to go up in correspondence with my HP bonus... I'm assuming I'm hitting cap but that got me wondering.. What IS cap??

I looked on stratics and it looked like it was capped at 25 on the officials but wondering what it is here.. Thanks!
