When your at 1200 skill points your unable to use skill balls.
one way to get arround it is to use a Soulstone and it will remove skill points from your list allowing you to use a skillball.
When you activate the stored skill from the soulstone it will use up the available points from what's left and/or pointed down.
also using a +5 ball when you only need +4 skill to cap you recieve a +1 skillball in return.
