Whirlwind Attack & change of target

Hello,

I need your help to understand a behavior experienced with my new weapon.

I recently got a Titan's Hammer so yesterday I decided to launch a champion spawn. What else to test this Whirlwind machine?
The fight was a nightmare. I died a huge number of time because, after each Whirlwind, my target was switched on a random mob 8 tiles around.
OK I don't use any assist to select the next close target and automatically whirlwind, maybe my bad but it doesn't matter here. Why this change of target after EVERY whirlwind? I never experience this with my other whirlwind weapons before. Usually I focus a target and whirlwind till it die then I change my target.

The only explanation for me comes from the weapon mods. Maybe a side effect?
The mod list:
Best Weapon skill, DI, Hit Fireball, Hit Harm, Life leech, Hit lightning, Mana Leech, Stam leech, Self Repair. Gemmed Ruby, Sapphire & Citrine.

The only mod I am not familiar with is the Hit Harm one. Could it be the culprit?

I tested with other weapons and I cannot reproduce the behavior. with the Hammer it is systematic.

Isla Mujeres (the Isle opf Women) is well named - about 6 to 1 ratio for those interested. Today we arrived on the islandn off Cozumel . . will start diving in two days. All is well

I've noticed this happening with the bushido ability momentum strike along with whirlwind and just thought it was normal since it's been that way on many different servers.

If I am not mistaken it is the harm. I started not adding harm to weapons to avoid this from happening

Harm mod removed. The issue is still there. I plan to change it for the blaze of death.
