Auction - Large Double House in Tartarus

Hear Ye! Hear Ye!

There will be an auction on Sunday February 19th 2017 for a 'joined' double 18x18. This large 'double' house is located up in the mountains in Tartarus. It is fully developed and includes a double cellar.

You can see this house by climbing the stairs just north of the Tartarus Chaos Shrine near the Lost city of Zephyrus (Wind). You will need to have two 'open' house slots to accept these joined houses and the Reserve (opening) bid must be at least 2 million gold. I am open to making some modest renovations to the existing structure for the successful bidder if required.

Today is the date (Feb 19, 2017) of the Tartarus Mountain Tower auction.

We will try to hold the auction at 1:00 pm Server Time (PST) if there is enough interest (one or more people with 2 million gold or more bidding)

There will be a Black Moongate set up near the Arete Bank to help people get to the Towers
