For the Elven Heritage quest, one of the npcs is Huntsman the Centaur. However, one cannot get to his location without being a member of Order of the Dragon. The whole area is walled off.

How does one become a member to gain entrance?

He was moved a bit west and can now be found near 79.21 North by 13.42 east. Not that far from the original spot. Sorry - hope this helps
