This is a challenging quest that may require the help of a group.
Saint Elmo the Monastic Sorcerer can Spellbind the Medeis Incantatrix chanting book with a mighty weapon. In the hands of a Mage the resulting combination is very powerful.
To accept this quest you must first have a copy of the Medeis Incantatrix book in your backpack (This book is obtained from a separate quest).
To start . . talk to Saint Elmo inside the Mondain 'Prism of Light' dungeon found on the northern most part of Nujel'm City Trammel. It will cost you 3k gold to purchase an entry ticket from Lefty the Ticket Seller at the dungeon entrance.
Saint Elmo studies the properties of Plasma in his Anthenaeum which can be accessed from the little sandy beach area inside the 'Prism of Light' dungeon.
Saint Elmo asks you to get Tungsten found by slaying Saligia (the dungeon Boss of Bosses). If you get Tungsten for Saint Elmo he will Spellbind your copy of the Medeis Incantatrix. You must deliver the Tungsten to Saint Elmo within 48 hours of getting it and be careful not to drop it.
This quest will take some time to complete so there is no Cool Down period.
