Today's reboot added improvements for Sunken Chests found with the SOS from the "Message In A Bottle".
The Chests raised will now follow the level of the SOS scroll and will have better drops than before. You will notice the difference starting with the level 2 chests and things get better from there. Several items are random drops and others are random amounts.
