Merc Quest Question

Hello all,

I found my way to the scroll that summons Charmin, but could not figure out what to do at that point.  I tried targeting the ground, myself, and the hole but could not seem to get the boss to show up.  Any hints would be appreciated.

I admit I am confused by this question as I can find nothing about a "scroll that summons Charmin".
