Captain William Kidd's Dye Tub

This quest is for veteran players and takes place entirely on the facet of Tartarus.
You will need to fight from a boat. If you succeed your reward could include a Black Dye Tub and/or various assorted (semi-enhanced) Artifact items.
There is a 12 hour cool down period.
