We finally have this working . .
There is an Imprisoned Satyr in the Arete Gypsy Camp.
You need to be within 4 paces from him in order for him to Discord you. When discorded at higher skill levels you can gain faster in the following skills:
- Arms Lore
- Magery
- Ninjitsu
- Bushido
- Necromancy
- Chivalry
