Someone once told me that having all four bard skills somehow benefits them all, if so, what is the benefit? Just trying to figure out if I should be keeping peacemaking in my build, even though I almost never use it.. Thanks

Hi there =) i don't know about any "secret" bonus from having all bard skills, but i keep my tamer with peacemaking.. I don't use it that much for taming, because i already got all tameables i wanted, but i found out, that i can actually use it to support my pets in fight. When there is no reason to use Provocation, like if you are fighting just one strong monster, you can peace it in the middle of battle and it actually stays peaced for several seconds, even if your pet is still attacking it, providing you with some time to heal up your pet.

I am not aware of any 'Bonus' obtained by having them all. However I can tell you - from a role playing perspective - running through dungeons with a pure Bard can be some real fun. Also a pure Bard can be a great addition to a hunting party (especially if he has the Bard Song book filled - it adds some nice Group bonuses)

Ok thanks for the feedback my build is what I like to call a 'barcher' and I'm just finding him stretched a little thin for skill points.. I love having all the bards skills I just never seem to use peacemaking much, I'm going to hold off on dropping it for a bit though just to see how it'll work over a bit longer of a sample time.. Thanks for the information
