Hi everyone!
I was thinking about this for longer time and i decided to give it a shot and suggest it, because i think it would be a great way how to improve player experience here - Our own wiki.
This forum works great, don't take me wrong.. But it does exactly what forums should do - People discuss things, read patch notes etc... And even if we have nicely separated tabs and lots of Quest info etc. is easy to find, there is still a lot of content information missing or hard to find between those discussions. What i'd suggest is a typical wiki page, with short but detailed information about anything we can think of. Sure, the OSI like informations and guides are easy to find over the internet, but the custom content (which we have quite a lot here) is nowhere to be found. So when it comes to a point when i can't find something unique here on forums and noone of players knows that.. it ends up always the same, we PM Amairgen. Even tho he is a great person with strong nerves, i believe it must be quite boring to answer similar questions over and over to every single player... New players join the server or watching the website and thinking about trying to play here would welcome a wiki as well... Because they could see what all content we have here. I personaly have tens, maybe even hundreds of questions i don't know answer on.. but i also found few things by myself, which might be usefull to other players. ... I'd suggest to create a page, where approved players could enter a subject of interest and someone who knows the answer would write some info about it.. You know, like a big board where players can find details (Where is a GM blacksmith for quests / where would i find these monsters / How to spellcraft step by step / what is a requirement for this pet to control / What are the new spells and what they do) ... I believe players have questions they can't find here on forums. Of course.. a lot of "work" with filling info would fall on Amairgen's shoulders, because he is the one who knows probably the most things here.
So the suggestion is this - Creating a page with informations or if you think it would be better to stick with Forums and concentrate players in here, then creating a Tab for Questions and Answers.. where players could enter short questions and others would reply. Then it would be great to have one locked thread at the top, where would be kept all questions and answers that were answered for other players to look at whenever they need. - I can start with my few examples i'd like to know.
1, Where do i find GM crafts for quests? I know about few.
GM Miner - Minoc
GM Cook - Britain
GM Carpenter - Yew
GM Tailor, Tinker, Smith, Fletcher, Lumberjack, Alchemist, Scribe - ?
2, Possible way to obtain Pet Slot Potion
Tamer quest (never got it, but there should be a chance). At all levels of quest or only at 120 quest? I don't know..
Grinches might drop it (never found any, but forums says there should be a chance)
Lord Hart (at Lord British castle) is selling them for 250 Medailons of Courage and 25k Tradium Coins
Any other way i don't know about? ...

Where would i find entrance to Tartarus new dungeons Atlantis and Warren?
I believe other players would have questions i could answer and some players might know answers on my questions. The wiki or the Q&A Tab would help us all. =)
