Okay some changes to hopefully make life more fun:

1) Pet Dye Lotion Quest . . The final NPC (Obi the Mage) will no longer continue offering players a chance at the Boss unless they have completed the quest up to that point.


2) Bard Quest . . The 'Cool Down' period has been reduced to 3 hours and the Drop rate has been improved (20% chance for Powerscrolls and 60% chance for custom resources).


3) Mercenary Quest . . The drop rate for the Mercenary Contract has been increased from 2% to 10%.

I believe that changes like this won't hurt anything and adds more fun to the game... Even if i like some challange and hard quests for the best rewards, Bard quest particularly made me mad many times I think it is a good idea to make some quests a bit easier and more rewarding.

I appreciate the changes, it is a step to right direction.
