The 'Pet Dye Lotion' Quest:
This quest is for veteran players or groups.
A Pet Dye Lotion bottle with uses remaining lets Tamers (110) change the color of certain Shrinkable Pets. The quest gives you a chance to obtain the Bottle along with the four basic color Pigments needed to charge it to its maximum 25 uses. Any skill template can be involved but the only a Tamer will be able to apply the Pet Dye Lotion.
At this time it can only be used on the following Shrinkable pets:
1) Charger of the Fallen
2) Cu Sidhe
3) Drow Dragon
4) All Ethereal Steeds
5) Hiryu
Note: Other may be added in the future
Flow:
This quest begins with Theoi the Artist of Mistas in Ilshenar.
1) Theoi sends you to Hermes the Alchemist in Ank for Sanguine Chalk. In return he makes a Red Pigment for you then gives you a Book of
Instructions to help you along your way.
2) After Theoi/Hermes you choose the order of the following options:
(a) Visit Agatho the Alchemist on the little sandy area south of the Ancient Citadel in Ilshenar. Agatho sends you to Belgarath the Sorcerer in the Ancient Citadel for Orpiment. In return he makes a Yellow Pigment.
or
(b) Visit Yenene the Shaman at Savage Settlement Camp in Ilshenar. Yenene asks you to rescue one of his nephews who has some Cobalt. In return he makes a Blue Pigment.
or
(c) Visit Tupai the Tamer in Zento Tokuno. Yupai sends you to the ruler of the White Walkers get his Ice Whip. In return he makes a White Pigment.
then after the above . .
3) Once you have all four Pigments in your pack you will be able to talk to Obi the Mage on the Crane Marsh peninsula in Tokuno. Obi will show you the way to the Rainbow Bridge over which you can find Insanus the keeper of the Dye Lotion Bottle.
General:
Double Tapping the The Dye Lotion Bottle while you have the four pigments in your pack will combine the Pigments into the bottle and give it a maximum charge of 25 uses.
This quest may take some time to complete so it has a 48 hour cool down period.
