Can anyone tell me what some of the Vet rewards do or are they just for décor. Things like Home Banking Crystal, Potted cactus deed, Tree stump deed

Most are deco but the banking crystal allows you to access your bank from your house. Nice ones are the ore and gem carts, they grant you ore and gems once a day
