Can a sawmill be made or acquired in-game for your house? Or, is the only one in-game located in Yew?

A Sawmill can be arranged for a fee (1 mill in game gold). Must be placed by staff.

You can, also, get a sawmill for fee of 750 Medallions of Courage and 75k Tradium Coins from the Lord Hart --Kings Hand-- inside Lord British's castle in Brit. If, you haven't checked it out, then, there are a few other neet rewards there as well.

There is now a public sawmill in Brit as well, at my public home. There are a few wall safes for your convenience located on the walls above the sawmill to store your freshly cut wood safely.
