I just got an artifact and i have abunch of gemstones to enchant them, but I dont know how to use it? Does anyone know?

You need the same artifact of the same level + a tome of enhancing. Those tomes can be crafted by scribes

In fact, you need 16 of the same artifact for it to be good. You stack up the exact same artifact to increase the values.
