I noticed the level 6 spell 'mark' has been removed from the spell book. Do you need to be a GM Mage to acquire this spell or is it defunct? In any case, how do I mark a rune? I searched the threads and cannot find the answer.

I just checked mine and it is still in the spellbook, level 6.

Just checked again. Mine is not. Maybe I just have not found that scroll yet and added it. Got a rune book and a hand full of runes. Now I need that scroll I guess. I am not sure that is how it works anyway. I have been adding scrolls to my spellbook

The starting spellbook has the first four circles filled. The best way to get high end scrolls to get a full book (64 scrolls) is to do the Arete Gauntlet. The monsters there drop them all eventually. Also Scribes who have a full book can make scrolls and hard dungeon monsters drop high scrolls too.
