Bounty Hunter Quest:
You have to have some skills above 80 in order to talk to the Quest Giver and this quest gets harder as your skill level increases.
The quest can be done by individuals or groups. The Tracking skill is quite useful but not necessary.
The quest begins at the Yew Court of Truth in Trammel. Talk to Scirgerefa the Reeve of Sosaria.
Scirgerefa will give you a 'warrant' to serve on one of nine criminals. You will also be given some general directions. Slay the criminal and bring his head back to Scirgerefa to claim the bounty.
The criminals can also drop some nice loot.
