I was just curious as to if anyone has had this issue: losing karma whenever they die. I've talked with Amairgen and he has been wracking his brain trying to find a solution but thus far to no avail. My karma will be, let's say, +2500. I'll die one time, resurrect, and I'll find to my dismay that it knocked my karma down to -4500 for reasons unknown. It happens in Tartarus, and most recently happened to me in Doom where I had +1000 and knocked me down to -4600 after a single death. It is frustrating to say the least, and any insight would be very helpful to myself and Amairgen to prevent this becoming a more wide spread issue. Thank you!

Well, I sure do die alot... but havent had any issues with myself, either in Tartarus or anywhere else with losing Karma at death.

Yeah, I haven't met anyone else who has the same issue. Even my friends that I play with do not have this problem. I'm beginning to wonder that it's my account or just bad luck.

Next time you go hunting there I would love to go and watch to see what it is you are fighting that causes this. I am aware that some spawners there have made Karma/Fame adjustments to some critters that could affect this. I thought I had caught them all but it's possible there are some I missed. If you kill a dragon etc that has (by mistake) high Karma then you will take a Karma hit. Call me - thx |

I definitely will let you know next time. I'll start making notes of the times, places, and monsters that result in my karma loss and report it to you. Thanks for your help
