Mar 24 2014 Reboot - BODs and Runic Tools

Some changes have been made to the scripts controlling the Smith BODs (Some additional testing may be required but for now):

1) Large Smith BODs should now - give you the correct 'Rewards'
2) Small Smith BODs should now - never ask you to make Metal armor with Spined Leaher
3) The 'Hue' for the Mythril Runic Hammer and the Obsidian Runic Hammer is changed so they are easier to find when they drop.

I just received a BOD to craft Platemail Tunic with Spined Leather.

Ahhhh . . you caught a semi-rare *smiles*

That has been known to happen on occasion. It started when we brought in custom resources and so far we have not figured out how to stop it.
