We had a chance to reboot the Server today and added the following items for the new House Cellars:
1) All Cellar items can be purchased from a NPC Architect (Britain Carpenter Shop)
2) Cellar Deeds (which give a teleporting Bookcase) are now available with the Bookcase facing East or South.
3) Cellar wall pieces (Stone or Wood) can also be purchased from the Architect.
Note:
The wall pieces can be Locked Down (or Secured) in your Cellar then moved around with an Interior Decorator Tool (also available from the Architect).
