While on the beach I had a chance to look at the problems we had when testing house Cellars.
I think I now have all the problems solved. To be safe . . we will not add them to the server until I get home (end of February). After that we will find a way to make them available to players.
The cellars can be placed while standing on the main floor of your house. They give you a South facing bookcase that can be DBL clicked to teleport you below the house into the cellar. The cellars will be the same size as your house foundation and you will be able to add secure storage containers and lockdowns in the cellars.
