1) The Advanced Stat Ball (drops on some quests) lets you change your starting Base Stat Cap (300) up to the shard Base Stat Cap (325) subject to a max of 130 any one Stat. In addition you can wear individual Stat bonusing items (jewellery etc) that fall as loot or are Spellcrafted to obtain higher individual Stats.
Note: Now . . the very Max possible for any one Stat while wearing Stat Bonusing items will be 150. No more 200 Dex etc.
2) The Caps on FC and FCR have been modified to reduce spell spamming.
3) It is no longer possible to dig up Moonstones from a mining site that has no more ore left.
2) Moonstones can now be found in the Special 'Themed' Treasure chests that might be randomly dug up from Treasure Maps.
