The quest is for Veterans or Groups and must be done from beginning to end in succession (No long delays between segments).
Start by talking to Archie the Relic Hunter. He can be found on the Isle of Arete, inside the King's castle walls (in the Stone Mason's shop).
When you obtain any three Soulstone Fragments return to Archie and talk to him with the Framents in your pack. He will give you a Soulstone Token to keep, sell or trade.
Soulstones obtained from Tokens belong soley to the account that obtains them from the Token. This allows an account to share skills among its characters for template changes.
These quest Soulstones can only be used two times. Adding a skill then removing it constitutes one 'use'. The quest is repeatable so numerous Soulstone Tokens can be obtained.
NOTE: 24 hour cool down before the quest can be repeated.
