NOTE: Halloween activities will end on tomorrow (today is the last day)
1) A Champ Altar has been set up on Tartarus north of Minoc in the large open area known now as the Plain of Tears. This large region has been set to be as a No housing, No gate, No mark, No recall and No sared journey area. This will prevent PvPers from jumping into the middle of things but it will also expose others to in coming raids.
The champion is a Rikktor like creatur named Caltiki who will spawn as a Tradian with some special drops.
Note: this is the only Champ on Tartarus (thx Jay)
