Sorry folks - got myself into a hole and needed to reboot.
The up side is the following changes came in:
1) Armor and Weapons made from Heartwood will now have random properties (thx Satyris)
2) The Spellcraft Book has been corrected to show the total number possible is 35 Gems (thx illistyl)
3) Spellcrafting 'Lower Reagent Cost' on hats no longer adds 'Lower Mana Cost' in error (thx illistyl)
