I am sorry for the inconvenience but after three years of running 24/7 the Hard Drive in the Server has decided to retire.
I have a complete backup with a current save (as of July 19, 2013 at 2:00pm PST).
A technician will be on site at 7:00am tomorrow (July 20, 2013) with a new Hard Drive. If he is able to 'Mirror' the old Hard Drive we should be able to get up and running within 2 hours of his arrival. Failing that we will need to do a complete re-install and configure which will delay our restart. I am guessing - worst case scenario - we will be up by noon tomorrow PST.
Again . . sorry . . these things are sent to try us. I appreciate your patience - please keep the faith.

You are gracious enough to host the shard and run the place for us. The least we can do is have a little patience while the hardware is fixed. Thanks for keeping us in the loop. We have a more serious problem than first anticipated. The tech was unable to create a 'Mirror' of the server Hard Drive so we have moved to Plan B and are running scandisk which takes longer. I would now be glad if that helps solve the problem but I suspect we will have to move to PLan C - an entire re-install. On top of that our part of the province lost all internet connection this morning for 3 hours (now back up).
Bottom line - sorry to say - the server might be down for the rest of the day.
I know this sucks. Believe me I am also frustrated as I pride myself on a stable server.

Thank you for update, I have found myself like nymph, continually refreshing or trying to log in. Come to think of it, this was'nt a ploy to raise our anxiousness and love of the game was it? I kid of course. Look forward to seeing you all soon.
