1) The bad mining spots should now be gone (thx Pyros)
2) The monster (Lupis) in the first room of the Arete Gauntlet will now always spawn as a wolf (thx GrandDaddyPirtch)
3) Tinkers can now make House Signs and an Engraver for the Signs (thx Sharantyr)
4) Hopefully last fix for Pets in the Stables
