Talk to Mendel the monk in Trammel at the chamber of Virtues in the city of Britain.
He will start you on a quest which will take you to all the shrines in Trammel and have you crawling all the dungeons. Challenging but worth the potential rewards.
TIP: the virtue icons on the floor in the Chamber of Virtues will teleport you to the shrines.
