In addition to the Yard Shovel Decoration items available to home owners we also have small (10x10) shops that can be placed in yards. These are available facing east or south and come complete with one NPC vendor of your choice. Additional Vendors are available for 200k each.
Also available now are garden plots so home owners can plant the Reagent seeds they have collected from quests.
NOTE: Shops and Garden plots can only be placed if you have a large enough open space within your yard area.
They will be placed by staff in return for an in-game 'Bank Check' for the amount indicated.
'Bank' with a Banker = One Million gold
'Stable' with Animal Trainer = One Million gold
'Brick Shop' with one NPC Vendor = 500k gold
'Plaster Shop' with one NPC Vendor = 500k gold
'Light Stone Shop' with one NPC Vendor = 500k gold
'Dark Stone Shop' with one NPC Vendor = 500k gold
'Wood Shop' with one NPC Vendor = 500k gold
'Garden Plots' = 10k gold per tile
Lord Hart in the Britain King's castle sells many things including Pet Parking Posts for your home.
He charges 500 Tradium plus 250,000 gold for one of the Pet Parking Posts.
Here is how they work:
- Restriction . . one Post per account
- Restriction . . cannot be used to 'park' shrinkable pets
- Restriction . . pets 'parked' are limited to eight on the Post at any one time
- Restriction . . you need 75 Taming skill to take ownership of the Post (first one to DBL click owns it)
- Restriction . . you must be within 4 paces of the Post to access it
- Restriction . . you must be within 8 paces of the Post when targeting a pet to park it
- Restriction . . once a Post is 'Owned' then only characters on the same account can use the Post
- Restriction . . if you have access to the Post you can only 'Retrieve' pets you are capable of taming
- Feature . . . . except . . crafters and resource gatherers will be able to 'Retrieve' beetles and pack animals
- Feature . . . . when a pet is 'Retrieved' from the post it will automatically Bond with you
- Feature . . . . pets 'parked' remain visible but are frozen to the spot and are immortal
- Feature . . . . the Posts come in 14 styles to match match any house wall type
- Feature . . . . if accidentally buy the wrong style (or want it changed) Amairgen will trade
- Feature . . . . if you want the Post placed outside your house Amairgen will place it for you
- Feature . . . . if you want the Post area decorated (fencing, water tubs etc) Amairgen accepts gold coins for the service
