On my Test Server I set my skills to 500 and made 20 White pearl Bracelets. The properties added are very seldom the same. On most you get one of two skill bonuses. the highest LRC I got was 10% (lowest was 1% and many had no LRC).
Yes there is a chance monsters may drop items with bonus % higher than can be crafted. If so then maybe risk Disenchantment to remove unwanted properties freeing up space to add other Spellcrafting properties that may be better.

Yes I don't think 20% is so common but is meant to be possible. Maybe its 1 in more than 20  Only made 3 so far myself, 2 exceptional, and none with LRC. I'll keep trying though, got to do something with the white pearls. |

Um as a further question... resources for necromancers are currently being offered by select NPCs or through killing certain enemies, is there a way to "gather" these as well?
