UOT Crafter and Skill Quests:
The cities on the facet of Trammel have Guild Halls for the various crafts. These halls not only contain the equipment needed by crafters to make their wares, they also enhance a crafter's skill while they are inside. Outside each Guild Hall you will find someone who can help Grand Master crafters find Power Scrolls.
GM Alchemists - Talk to Anthony outside the alchemy guild hall in city of Britain.
GM Blacksmiths - Talk to Boris outside the blacksmith guild hall in village of Minoc.
GM Bowcraft Fletchers - Talk to Elinar outside the fletching guild hall in village of Skara Brae.
GM Carpenters - Talk to Jessie outside the carpentry guild hall in village of Yew.
GM Cooks - Talk to Mario outside the cooking guild hall in city of Britain.
GM Scribes - Talk to Benson outside the scribe guild hall in village of Magincia.
GM Tailors - Talk to Nimble outside the tailor guild hall in village of Skara Brae.
GM Tinkers - Talk to Luza outside the tinker guild hall in village of Vesper.
Also thear few quests for Power Scrolls in specific skills:
GM Bards - Talk to Anerin inside the Arete Zoo. He can lead you to Pan the legendary bard. If you are successful using Pan's flute on the monsters you could get Power Scrolls for Provocation, Peacemaking, Discordance and Musicianship.
GM Tamers - Talk to Zoe at the Moonglow zoo. She can help you find Power Scrolls for Animal Taming, Animal Lore, Musicianship, Veterinary, Tracking and Herding.
GM Lumberjacks - Talk to Woody outside the supply warehouse in the village of Yew. His quests can yield many useful items including lumberjack Power Scrolls
GM Miners - Talk to Berger in the Golden Axe in Minoc. His quest can yield many useful items including mining Power Scrolls.
Notes:
1) If you accept one of these crafter quests, 'do not' take any resources or skill bonus items with you as they could be destroyed. Bank them for safety first.
2) If you begin a conversation with one of these Quest Givers, they will not talk to you again for 12 hours.
3) Power Scrolls for other skills can be obtained by battling the Champions and the Harrower, purchasing one from another player/player vendor or by finding and slaying the Keeper of Scrolls.
