Feb 21, 2023 - Major 'Love' for Artifact Enhancement

After a close review of the recent changes to Artifact Enhancement, an unintended miscalculation was discovered that may have caused some undue frustration in our community. sorry . . my bad!

As a result we are pleased to announce the calculations have been reworked to be more realistic so now:
1) Armor - a full set of the 'basic' artifact Armor can be enhanced to their highest level for 300k Tradium for the full set (not +1 million).
2) Jewelry - 'basic' artifact Jewelery items can be enhanced to their highest level for 30k Tradium (not 60k).
3) Weapons and Shields - individual 'basic' artifact Weapons and Shields remain unchanged at 120k Tradium to enhance to their highest level.

Again . . sorry for the miscalculation and thank you to the citizens who brought this to our attention. As always . . we rely on all of you for the things you see and suggest that make our realm a better place for everyone.

Okay . . so . . this has not happened yet but it is currently in the works.

Because the revised Artifact Enhancement system now only requires one of the 'basic' artifact item to begin the enhancement process . . we have been made aware that many people have saved a lot of duplicate Artifacts for use under the old system. The dilemma? . . what can they do with all the many duplicates they have that may never be wanted/used etc. ?

Well . . to avoid/minimize anguished concerns in the community, we want you to know we are working on some solutions:

1) We are trying to persuade 'Arti' the NPC Antiquities Dealer in the Vesper Artifact building to begin purchasing unwanted Artifacts. At the moment he will take those unwanted ones you offer and give you a 'Gate' to adventure in return. Once we get him convinced to buy Arties . . he will offer you a choice to trade for adventure of 'drop' to sell. With luck he will pay more for partially enhanced artifacts than he will for the very basic ones.

2) We are also looking at finding a second NPC Antiquities Dealer who might sell Medallions of Courage which are used by citizens in the Artifact enhancement process. This will assist those hard pressed to gather them as well as helping to drain over supplies of gold from the realm.

We are not sure how long it will take for these additions to go into effect but wanted everyone to know . . We always listen to constructive grumblings in the land and appreciate learning of hardships before they become unbearable.
