Does anyone know a fairly simple way to create full spell books? I can create nice spell books that are empty - filling them is quite tedious. The scrapper compendium crafts with the first four circles completed - I still need to make 32 more scrolls to fill them.
Just looking for a less time consuming way to make them.
An idea, Amairgen, Would it be possible to allow a crafter to create a single scroll (using all the required reagents and scrolls (would be in the neighborhood of and like 150 mana) that would fill a spellbook? Maybe includine something rare as well, like 5 Total Mana Potions or something. Just a thought.

We took them off because there was a problem with them but cannot remember now what it was (over 8 years ago). I will take another look. Cheers

I would make a macro for the higher circles which are the most time consuming due to the meditation. I dont mind making spell scrolls, how many spellbooks do you need to fill?

Look in the 'Green' pack I put inside your backpack and let me know what you think. I made those scrolls over a decade ago but then decided not to make them available at the time. Possibly that could change.

Those scrolls worked perfectly. Is there a chance you can make those craftable? I don't need spellbooks for my characters, but when I make to sell or for other people. Maybe each full circle spell scroll costs the full amount of reagents, 20 blank scrolls and maybe like 5 total mana potions or something. just a thought.
And thank you Mythian, I don't really need the scrolls for myself, just looking for future crafting ideas to make books for others.

Ahh ok, i have 14 of each spell in circles 5 thru 8 (448 in total) if you need them. I fear the super scroll could put scribes out of business I wondered how long it would take my scribe (120 inscription, 115 magery, 95.2 med, 144 mana) to make the 32 scrolls. After 6 runs, the average time was 8 minutes and 33 seconds, 7 sets per hour. Now I have enough scrolls for 20 spell books

I think if it's implemented correctly, it won't put scribes out of business. If you need 120 inscription and possibly 120 magery as a base to create them, few people will have the ability to create them. This may all be moot if Amairgen feels it will offset the balance of the craft. I was just looking to streamline things a little.

I`m all for streamlining but the balance could be tricky. A super scroll that creates 32 scrolls saves time but it also reduces the need for player interaction and trade It may open the floodgates for more time savers, for example, i make an average of 500 potions a day, a super potion that fills a keg would save time but i`d prefer to buy full kegs from a player if the price was fair As a non legendary scribe i could sell the 32 scrolls to an npc mage who will pay the princely sum of 1200gp for them. The cost to make the 32 scrolls is 371gp in regs only or 531gp in regs + blank scrolls. I would make 669gp profit, around 21gp per scroll. If i could figure out how to attach a razor macro to the post you could give it a try.
