Yes - Garden Plots can be purchased from Administrators (10x10) for 1 million gold

So.....An account can have 3xhouses and one of these 10x10 garden plots?

At this point - You can have as many garden plots as you can afford and have room for in your yard(s). If this turns out to be dead wrong for the shard then we will have to review this.
