As many people here know:
1) Pets that 'cannot be shrunk' can be placed on Pet Posts available from Lord Hart in the Britain King's Castle.
2) Tinkers can make Hitching Posts for use at a player's house. that can be used (instead of or in the absence of a Pet Lease) to 'shrink' evo type pets.
Here is what is new today:
1) Tinkers can now make the Hitching Posts without needing Phillip's Wooden Steed as a required resource (they were too hard to obtain).
2) Legendary Alchemists can now make Hitching Post Polish that will add +50 recharges to the home Hitching Posts which only have 25 charges when first made by Tinkers.
