All the crafts have a guildhall that provides a bonus 5 skill points while in them. Can you include Mining to that, please? I'm only asking because Tradium ore has failures over 120 (I don't know the exact success rate, but I'm thinking around 50% at 120).
Also, is there a chance to edit the amount of ore lost while smelting? Losing 1/2 a stack seems excessive, although I knw that's how it's always been. Smelting one at a time is safer, but much more time consuming.

With valuable ore i would probably save it up and smelt it one at a time using a macro. Gloves of the hard worker will give you +10 mining bonus (among others) but i`m not sure if it applies with 120 skill. If you need some i have a spare pair

Hi Hard to have a crafthall for mining (like with other crafts) because you need to be out and moving around to different places (unless I misunderstand what you are asking). Regarding smelting ore to ingots . . yes there is a chance for loss of resources, It is random and based on a percentage. If you smelt a large pile you risk a large loss if the 'tic' hits. With the more precious metals it does make sense to smelt small quantities at a time. Yes we could look at making the percentage loss lower but no matter what reasonable number we choose I think it would still hurt on a large pile.
