Hello, I am working on my first tamer quest from the Moonglow Zoologist and, as I've mentioned in another thread, I need to tame five lesser reptalons. I was able to locate the Labyrinth but unfortunately Miasma is right at the gate entrance and is a bit much for me to handle. So, I am wondering how other tamers were able to get this quest done without too much issue. Also, can anyone tell me if the tamer quests get increasingly harder? If so, I may just need to forget getting any tamer related scrolls and rethink going above GM. I play to have fun but this just stresses me out, lol. Thanks in advance for any tricks and tips!

I remember bumpin into him sometimes when I started my tamer. He and some other heavy guys in that dungeon sometimes get hung up near the front area after chasing someone. The front is not where they come from. I will try killing him off for you if I see him there.
Can't say that the others you need later in the taming quest are in more dangerous areas. Don't remember it that way. They are just harder to tame at low skill. Keep workin. I love being a tamer and can help you find some good pets.

Thanks for the reply and the offer of help! After being chased away by Miasma the first time, I went back several hours later and it was still waiting for me. Fresh meat for it's feeding I guess? lol. So, having Miasma out of the way would be a huge improvement! I've always had a tamer as my main in the past and hope to do so in Traditions as well  Thank you, Bran, for removing Miasma. I am having a much easier time now! Nixie |
