I've been searching for certain pets to tame and I'm having a difficult time finding a few.
I've found most of the others, but I can't seem to find the Skelter and the Wendigo. Anyone know where I can find those?

I'm yet to come across either of those two personally but I believe DK (Demon Krauss) has crossed paths with Wendigo (?)
Speaking of pet locations . . . where might I find a Basilisk?

Basilisk, I don't remember... There are Vile Basilisk around, but I only hunt those for their Loot.. If I remember where i saw them, I'll let you know.

I think theres a baskalisk in the newlands of tart near city of the dead but you cant ride them

There is a Wendigo deep in rock dungeon in Ilshnear, and another on level two of Tartarus Dungeon: Shaitan. Though the one in Shaitan will not be easy to isolate for taming.

I'm currently working on my first tamer quest given out by the Zoologist from Moonglow zoo. She has tasked me with finding five lesser reptalons and I've no idea what it is let alone where to find one, lol. Any tips would be appreciated!

The Lesser Reptalons can be found in the 'Labyrinth' which is inside the mountain on the Isle of the Divide NW from Umbra Malas. On the shore there . . . there is a way to get over to that island. You can also 'google' UOGuide +Labyrinth to find out more about that place.
