If I find an issue in the game, what is the preferred method for reporting it?

First - I need to say how helpful the group here is in finding things and making suggestions. We take all suggestions seriously and work hard to tweak things so they work as they should.
We do not mind 'bugs' or wrinkles being reported here on the Forum as we read and refer to them regularly. If it is something a player is uncertain should be public knowledge (in case of exploit) then we prefer a PM be sent on this Forum. In-Game Pms are okay too but they can get lost easy and then are not available for reference purposes.
