This special book has been in our realm for a while now and as the veterans here will know it has evolved a bit over the years. This book lets high skilled Mages and Necromancers to use Special Words of Power provided they have the 'Chanting Stones' and Mana required. The book is obtained in one quest and then enhanced in a second quest.
So . . what is new you ask?
Well in the past you needed to be a Legendary Mage to do the quest for the basic book. Now you will be able to do that first quest if you are a Legendary Mage or if you are a Legendary Necromancer.
