If any of our realm have managed to travel to the weird island of Dr. Moreau you will know that he has conducted strange and depraved experiments on animals and subservient humans. This has produced some new and bizarre creatures.
Well . . we have learned that some of these experiments have gone out of control and Moreau's island security has not kept pace. The result . . some of the creatures have escaped and made it to the mainland of Tartarus. Of particular concern is a virulent group of Orcish cross breeds who seem intent on multiplying and securing a place in the realm.
We do not know how far spread they are or what this might mean for the future.
If you travel in Tartarus beware.
