Today we brought in a fix for certain Artifact items that could not be repaired.
Artifacts not being repairable was not our intention. So . . now . . the "Powder of Fortifying" (little white jar) that drops as a B.O.D. reward and also drops as a Crafter Quest reward can be used to repair Artifact Armor, Weapons and Shields.
