where would i find power scrolls like Inscription, Alchemy, carpentry and tinkering?

All of the 'Craft' related Power Scrolls drop on the Crafter quests. To access them you need to visit the corresponding Craft Hall. Each city in Trammel has one or two and outside the entrance to these Craft Halls is a Quest Giver for that craft. You can continue doing these quests even after you have attained your 120 level because the additional reward (recipes etc) continue to drop.
