so i just recently got my hands on an SOS book
2 questions:
1: what does it take for charges
2: What Exactly does it do? (Transportation wisE)

Hi Dellucian
1: Powder of Translocation
2: Firstly, you need to have a SOS (from MIB's) loaded in the book and then once out on the high seas, select the treasure spot from the book and you will be transported to within a few tiles of that location. Make sure you also have a sextant on you to move your boat closer to the exact spot required to fish up the loot. Beware of the monsters that also spawn *grins*
If you have also dropped a port sextant into the SOS book, you can use it again to get yourself back to shore in a flash

side note Fishing REALLY hard to level, been at it that last two days with no gain at all not even a .01

I don't know about the world gem bits either so I'd like to hear that answer too from the gods :-)
Yup fishing is a real pain in the butt lol. What's your current skill level?
I think Calcifer may have a fishing thread on here....maybe look in the "skills" thread for some possible tips and tricks?
I know for myself, I got to the point where I used +1 skill balls to get over a hump of frustration with very little to show for the time invested . . .
